Hi I placed an order with gearbest. On the 28th November 2017 for a 3d printer, it was dispatched on the 2nd December 2017,was told. At. Time of ordering it was a 10/17 day delivery on it. Its now 24th January and still no printer, I have messaged and asked for an update many times and they just keep. Sending the same tracking number for yodel but when u track it and speak to yodel its not even the UK. So on the 3rd of January I opened up a dispute on PayPal to get my money back as clearly its not going to arrive. They asked gearbest for more information, to which they just sent the tracking number again, but again can't be tracked as it's not in the UK. Now it juat says being reviewed by PayPal, what's the time scale for them to look into this and hopefully give me a full refund??
