I too am looking to buy tickets from a Craigslist seller. If I were to not receive the goods, but paid the seller through the "Service and Goods" feature, am I protected? How would I prove to PayPal that my goods were not delivered. Do I simply need to obtain a picture from the seller? They are electronic tickets that would transfer from one StubHub account to another, so would a picture of their computer screen suffice?
