So I recently sold an item on eBay in the auction. When I attempted to print shipping label, I realized it was using an old friends name instead of mine. I realized her name was attached to my email acct which was tied into my eBay. I had access to it, my phone was linked n confirmed(my PayPal acct) but now I already shipped the item and eventually the balance was available, but in her name. I tried to send the money to a PayPal acct I created. Back n forth I bounced between PayPal n eBay. PayPal walked me thru actually closing down the PayPal acct after they had me reverse the payment to the buyer. I was told to create an invoice to send to the buyer and explaine that I reversed the original payment, and I needed them to resend it to another email acct. So at this point I shipped someone a$1000+ item and gave them their money back too. I have had no luck communicating with my buyer. What do I do??
