I have an address established in Pay Pal that has been for 4 years. I have a credit card on file as well as a banking account, they all share the same address. I am trying to send money to a seller that requires a verified address. as I send the funds I get an error message that tells me to choose from an address below, problem is there is no address list to choose from. any ideas??
