Yes I tried that and restarting my computer. Same issue. Only difference is now after I enter the email for the invoice when I click outside the box, it's taking me to my "Manage Invoices" page. This message in a blue banner also pops up Create, send and manage invoices with the PayPal Business App. Available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
