Hi I've been a paypal user since 2006, and this situation has me furious right now. I have succefully used the instant transfer option since it rolled out and never had an issue (always transferred a few hundred dollars to debit card). On sunday 1/21/18, I did an instant transfer from my paypal balance to debit card for $1000. Waited an hour like normal and nothing appeared. I had plans the rest of the day but came back at night and saw it was "complete" on paypal's end but my bank said nothing was showing/pending in regards to the money. After 5 phone calls with paypal and my bank, as of right now there is no sign of the money. Paypal said they cant do anything because everything shows "complete" on their end, and my bank cant do anything because they dont see the money coming in or in pending status. I just want my money, $1000 is a lot of money to just let this situation go. Paypal is of no help, as I get the same responses over and over. My bank says they cant do much on their end as they do not see the funds. Where do I go from here? Where is my money? I need this money bad.
