So I created a PayPal account. I linked it to my visa debit card. I clicked on confirm card. 1$ was taken from my account. Then within a minute I saw that the 1$ that was taken has been returned back into my account and I see no code in my account. I am very confused because I want to link my card and it says your request can't be done now. Please I need help. Thank you
