I recently bought an iPhone 7 from Depop, after messaging the seller we agreed on £290 and I sent the payment through Paypal goods and services. Upon sending the money the item was shipped and I received a tracking number, however after a few days the tracking was signed for yet I had not received the item. It turns out that i was involved in a 3 way scam in which i sent the money to a Paypal which was not actually associated with the original "seller" and instead was the Paypal associated with a woman who was selling a product in which the original "seller" wanted to buy. Unknowingly, i therefore sent the money which was in actual fact paying for the item for the original "seller", and the tracking i was given was simply for that of the package sent to the "seller". Therefore i had paid for a phone which i never received, when i opened a case it was given in favor of the woman as she provided a tracking reference but this was for a completely different address not connected with my Paypal (a breach of terms and conditions). Is there any way to get my money back please help!!!
