The matter is my friend has transacted a amount of money but he transacted to wrong paypal account but that paypal account doesnt exist.We thought the money would bounce back to my friend paypal account but it didnt.So we create a paypal account with that mail address by creating the email address so that we would receive the money then. But we didnt receive the money. The amount he transacted was 2.6k$ And it said payment was sucessful but neither me nor my friend didnt receive money so we were worried because the amount paid was high
