Do eBay still honor their refund guarantee? My item has not been delivered after almost 2 months of payment, so I had to file a report to PayPal. The seller responded she needs further query with British Royal Mail the courier, and she MIGHT decide to give me a refund. PayPal system is not as user friendly as eBay, or do I missed something here? Thanks!
