hi! im using paypal for months already.. i was able to present all the requirements to prove my account. but then suddenly it became limited and in negative balance. my widrawal also got reversed for some reason that i dont know. ive been trying to call the hotline but unfortunately i cant get thru with the agent. my call will just end by itself. ive been also sending emails but got no reply .. the resolution is also answered but theres a part there that i need to confirm my bank. but everytime i click to confirm i just got back to the page. i cant confirm it either. its so hard that nobody from paypal respond ur immediate concern. worst part is they only give me 7days to solved my issue. how can i solved it when theres an error in their reso page.
