Hi, My developer works on the recurring payments using paypal. If they are using other paypal accounts, payments are working good. But in my account, payments process does not work. I tried in both live and sandbox mode. both seems the same problem. I received below error code in response Error message code: 403 and the message is Access token does not have required scope. Can you please suggest whats the problem in my account and what are the steps that i have to do for recurring process.
