How long ago did you upload the requested documentation in the resolution center? It generally doesn't take very long (maybe a couple of days) for them to get those things opened back up assuming the documentation provided is sufficient. I would just let the seller know that your PayPal account was placed in limited status so they could verify your identity (which is a common thing) and that you'll get the payment completed as soon as this is resolved. If they're a reputable seller they shouldn't have any issue with this as long as you're communicating with them.
