So i bought from something called giffgaff with is a friend of mine cellphone service. I live in the usa he lives in scotland. I attached my paypall with a secure card and payed it. His mailing adress needed to be attached was although its an online service. My payment didnt show it went threw even though it shows as a transaction on my card. And his phone service is still pending. Im wondering where my momey went because it was taken off my card. Why my transaction didnt show on my account. And why it is not going threw. Its been 4 days.
