This is actually a pretty common issue I would call customer service you'll get a six-digit code to provide to verify yourself as well to smooth the process and when you go through the automated prompts you'll want to stay at bank account when you speak with a customer service agent just advise them that you have still not received the deposits and you'd like to verify your bank account some other way please Goodluck
