PayPal refuses to help refund me

I bought clothes online and it was split into two transactions since they shipped separately. The first transaction was around $70 and the other was around $50. I returned all items in store and PayPal says that both transactions have been refunded but only the $70 shows in my bank account. I contacted PayPal and they said that my bank was holding it. I contacted my bank and they said that refunds are like deposits and that they do not have to approve refunds and that they show up in the account automatically. At this point, I have talked to PayPal representatives over the phone and various representatives through the messaging center over a few weeks and each of them had responded within 24 hours. I contacted PayPal again and they said that they have sent the funds and to wait 5-7 business days or one full billing cycle. I sent them another message and said that the time period is up and that I can provide proof if needed or if they do not believe me that they can contact my bank themselves. They never responded back to me so I followed up with another message.   I'm wondering if anybody shares a similar experience. I have seen a few posts on other websites saying that PayPal often contributes it to "faulty error", however, I have not seen any solution so far. ...
