It would be best to use a business account since you're selling physical goods and shipping them.  When you setup your Facebook store you can configure PayPal to be used as a payment option for buyers, and when they go through the PayPal checkout they will include their shipping address.  You could also just invoice people directly if you prefer.   When people submit payments you will see a Seller Protection status on the transaction details.  If this is Eligible, just make sure to ship to the address provided on the order and you'll be fine.  If it's Ineligible, I would recommend you refund the payment and ask them to re-try with a different address or account.  Or if you talk to them personally or know them and trust them then you could go ahead and ship it even though it's Ineligibile, but you need to understand that you would not be protected if the transaction turns out to be fraudulant and a dispute was filed.     ...
