Any time I try to use my paypal on a website I get the message "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.". Additionally, I cant use paypal on ebay for purchases bigger than $10, anything below that works fine, anything bigger says "your payment option cannot be processed, please use another payment". I have my debit card and bank account linked and everything is verified, is there something I'm missing?
