I sent this email to ShipStation, as well as PayPal execs: Trying to use your dysfunctional shipping service was a difficult and unpleasant experience - and I was unable to complete my order through PayPal. After I had filled out all your info - previously I could just choose first class or priority or priority express, enter the weight, get the postage cost, pay, and go right to the printer and the receipt with tracking number and destination came up on the PayPal menu. Now you want the dimensions and there is no clear idea of the postage type. I tried it your way and when I finally got to the part where I pay and print, this error message came up: "Error transferring wallet funds. Please refresh the page or try again later. Tried, never worked. Today, for a new order, I made one more attempt to use ShipStation Same error, could not complete my order, Fortunately I found another third party postage service (Pirateship) which has worked well, though it is still not as seamless and effortless as what PayPal was doing before you people came along and made a mess of things. Needless to say, I'll just go directly to Pirateship next time. Please don't reply with some phony politeness or boilerplate **bleep**. Just go away and leave it as it was. PayPal was working fine until you came along. Just GO AWAY!
