Did anyone had problems with wifi on plane, American Airlines provided is Panasonic, they charged me $19 for the wifi on plane that never worked that I paid with Paypal!, Panasonic has been trying to reimburse me that amount, and Paypal has been holding that amout!!!, how is that possible that the provider of American Airlines, Panasonic is willingly to refund the payment of a service that did not work and PayPal is being holding that amount for 30 days I being told!!!, what type of business and care Paypal is providing to costumers like me, as they take commissions each time we use Paypal and for once that i open a complaint they are not just making diccifult as the emails I receive ask to follow million instructions in order to get my refund!, I will close my account and pay directly without Paypal .
