My paypal credit wasn't working so I called customer support and they told me to contact <removed> and send them verification documents, a government issued id and a utility bill that shows my name and address associated with my paypal account in the last 90 days. I was told to email them and would get a response within 72 hours. Is this a legitimate paypal email? I got it from customer support so it must be real but it just seems kinda weird.
