On Christmas day 12/25/2017, someone have unauthorized or hacked in to my ebay account purchased $125 google play gift card that off by "paypal Digital Gifts" with fast email delivery. when i got the email notifications, login into my ebay account and try to cancel it. it won let me, it said been delivery already. try to call ebay and paypal, both off on that day. cantact on next day to file a fraud claim on paypal credit and ebay. however after two days later, paypal credit sent me an email and denial my claim. call paypal credit customer representative and they gave me the deny reason is" no evidence shows my paypal account unauthorized login"at that day, and i have to pay the $125. well, i did not login to my paypal account before i get the notification email. my ebay account was link-in "one click pay bottom" with paypal. i don't have to login my paypal to pay, that's my fault to trust ebay and paypal. call ebay customer service, they told me already notifiy paypal, and did what they do. i asked can i cancelled the orders and get refund? they told it is nonreversible. so, right now i am ending up owning $125... i am going to cancel my paypal credit account..and ebay account. by the way, there is no cantact information for the "Paypal Digital Gifts".
