I'm having the exact same problem--not receiving email notification when a someone deposits money into my account (whereas it used to do). I've emailed Paypal 6 times about and get a 'canned' message. Tried to call Paypal and was on hold for 20 minutes. So, I'm getting nowhere......Any suggestions??
