Hi, I'm organizing a conference and we expect to have around 80 people. Each person will be paying $400. I would like attendees to pay with their credit card and pay pal seems like the best option (I looked into eventbrite but they give you the money after the event and we need money before the event to pay for expenses). There is no legal entity organizing the conference. I'm the general organizer. So I was wondering what is the best approach to set this up? Should I upgrade my personal account to a business account, use the conference name as the legal business name and select the business type as Individual? It's great that I can get a Debit card which will debit directly from the funds that we receive. FYI, we are not planning to make a profit from this event. We will make sure that we will spend all the money that we receive from registration. Thanks
