Hello: I have a negative balance that was fully aware so I had monies coming in that I assumed would be credited towards the negative balance. Unfortunately it didn't and now my negative balance has gone to collections. And I'm still receiving money. I need to get this negative off. I do understand that it needs to be paid, however, I need for the money I have received and going to receive to reflect on what I owe. I have called customer service and i'm being automatically sent to the collection agency when all I would like to do is talk to paypal customer service about this situation. Can someone help me?
