Have the same question... iTune/Apple refused purchases with PayPal payment option, instructing I had to log into PayPal. PayPal showed iTune/App Store active. Though if I changed iTunes payment method to CC, I could change it back to PayPal - Nope. Paypal no longer a payment option on iTunes. PayPal website still shows Apple as a partner?
