Can someone give me some clarity on this problem i'm facing, So I made a payment to a company called slamjam but the payment was to be held until the company accepted it but they canceled the payment and I still haven't received my money back. I can't find the transaction anywhere on my bank statement nor my paypal statement; When I called paypal support they can see the transaction on their end and told me to contact my bank but my bank can't do anything because the transaction of me paying slamjam is not on my bank statement. I'm wondering where my money is at and will I even get it back?
