Hello, I've Hired a lawyer in Peru for the kidnapping of my son and I've paid her $2400 USD over more then 9 months. The last payment, the case was about to begin and I was asking herthe same question again and again without answer. When she finally answered my emails, I've send her another $500 USD through paypal transfer and 22 minute after my transfer, she send me a email saying that she would not represent me anymore so I opened a claim for service not received for the last $500USD I transfered with the email proving that she actually said she would not give the service I paid for. That's on october 15th 2017.... We're now the 31st of december 2017. That's 75 days. To this day, every 2 weeks I call the cusomer service and they keep on telling me for 2 months that in 2 weeks the case will be closed and they will refund my money bcause its obvious that Ive been scammed. Now I log back in my account because the last women I speak with told me that the refund would be processed on december 25th and that it would take a moment for the money to get back on my credit card. What I see... Last update , december 31st A specialist will contact you before January 17th 2018 Are they making fun of me ? Not only it is unethical but its also very upseting. What am I suppose to do now ? I call, they lie to me. I wait, it get pushed back 2 weeks further every 2 weeks.... That's such a shame on Paypal credibility.
