If your payment is not posting to your PayPal account or the status of your eBay payment is "Pending", your payment could have been sent to a different email address. To check what email address the payment was sent to: Find the item you sold, scroll to the bottom of the listing and click "Sell one like this." Go to the "Decide how you'd like to be paid" section which will display the email address that was used in the listing. Here are some more tips: If you have not received a payment, please contact the buyer directly to confirm if the payment has been sent to your correct and confirmed email address. If the buyer confirms the transaction status is unclaimed, please ask the buyer to cancel the unclaimed payment and resend the payment to the email address associated with this PayPal account. If you found the payment was sent to an old email address and it's still active, add and confirm that address to your PayPal account. Once it's confirmed, you should receive the payment. You can then remove the old email address and correct the address in the sell your item form. If you can't receive emails at that address, ask your customer to cancel their unclaimed payment if the cancel link is available. You can send a money request for the payment if needed. If your customer is unable to cancel the payment, it will be returned to them in 30 days. If you used a third party to list your items, open the program or contact the customer support of the third party to change the email address you provided. If you can’t view the email address in your completed listing, contact eBay to determine which email address was used.
