I was forced to create a paypal account. I paid for an online purpose with a credit card (no paypal account). When the seller refunded my money (couldn't deliver product) rather than refunding my credit card they refunded it to paypal - and I had to create an account. When I ask to withdraw the money in my account and select the 'Check' option, although the panel says that providing a credit card is optional, it won't let me off the screen because I won't provide the credit card. I don't want a pay pal account. I don't want to give pay pal any of my account numbers. How do I get them to send a check without providing my personal account information? Was going to try calling their help desk, but they don't have an 800 number.
