I bought an item from a seller in Italy and paid via PayPal, next day the lady contacted me to say that the payment has not been sent when I checked my PayPal account it says payment pending. There is a message saying this payment is pending while we review it. Can anyone tell me why this has happened and how long it takes for payment to reach seller. Many thanks
