I have a message in my profile that says I need to cofirm the details of my identity "To help prevent fraud, provide your legal name, date of birth, last 4 digits of your SSN, and your current address. Be sure to take action by Mar 15, 2018.". But everytime I fill out the information, I get an error message that says "Technical difficulties - try again later" Meanwhile, I have a payment to a vendor that is currently on hold, and I don't know if it's connected to this because I can't get rid of the request because I keep getting the "technical difficulties" message. Help!
