hi there just wondered if anyone else has had this issue. my account has been limited. limited for about a month. i could still do everything apart from close my account. i have no idea why it has been limited. anyway, i sent paypal the info they needed ages ago. proof of address and proof of identity. they never got back to me about it and the account limit notice was still there each time i logged in. today i went to buy something using my paypal and i have been denied. i logged in and my account limitation has now gone up a level to "medium" where i am not allowed to buy or withdraw funds etc. i have provided them what they needed and have done so again tonight. apparently if i dont rectify this by 5th feb my account will be further impeded. i have no idea what i have done and have sent them all the information they needed. please help.
