Welcome to the Chinese Invasion and scam.... I had the same thing happen.....  Want to see the ad? Go to: <removed>    What you get is FAR LESS that what you ordered.....the remote control is entirely different with no control over bucket or cab rotation....just one button for arm movement. No digging capability at all. Look at the pictures.....the yellow remote is what they advertise.....the black remote is what you get. The picture of the vehicle they advertise.... and what you get.....Notice the difference in detail.. The picture of the vehicle in it's packing they advertise......and what you get is actually one cheap toy complete in a plastic clam shell.     Bottom line.....................what you get isn't worth return shipping.   What they advertise What you get What they advertise what you get Not even close to what you get ... I think I have broke the code on this disreputable company......looks like a pretty neat way to sell shoddy or partial merchandise....and taking advantage of PayPal's so called "100% money back guarantee" Policy.  TSL appears to be an export company that represents numerous companies in CHINA. These companies advertise items that seem wonderful and catch the eye....in actuality the items are often NOT what is advertised, a cheap "close resemblance", or partial part of what is being advertised. So...when you order the item, it is shipped to a import company in the US, who then ships to you. This saves the Chinese money in that it shipments are bundled and broke off at the import company and then shipped by US Postage/carrier at a greatly reduced cost than coming direct one item at a time from China. When you get the item.....you go through the process to get your money back.  Here is were the scam happens.....TSL will offer you a percentage off and you keep the item....or go through the expense of shipping back to China....(They tell you NOT to send back to the US import company you got it from return address because that's not were you can send the items back to and YOU MUST send directly back to China address). Sending items directly to China will cost you big bucks, often more than the item is worth)....BUT.....the company represented by TSL has now SOLD and MADE PROFIT on CHEAP OR PARTIAL ITEMS and that "discount" means nothing and is probably more than what they could have ever sold what you got for. Why? Because PayPal policy is, yes...you will get your full purchase price back BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN IT TO ADDRESS IN CHINA. So...you are stuck between the rock and the hard place and have paid bucks on cheap stuff.....  Nice Scam huh? ... View more

I made the mistake of ordering two items from this company......one took 68 days to get here, the other still has not arrived.  The real problem is that the item I received was definately NOT what I ordered......it lacked about 90% of the features advertized. Not only that but the item received was cheaply made and definately not even the same materiel advertized.    What's worse, in order to get a refund...you have to send the item back at YOUR expense....good money after bad since you have to pay to have it shipped to China. Paypal's policy is that to be "fair" to both parties in this kind of dispute both have to "eat" the postage...supposidly them to you, and you back to them. Trying to resolve the issue with TSL, they offer a percentage off the item, and you keep the item (not worth the difference) or you can send it back on your dime.......if you keep it, you wind up paying an exorbant price for something you don't want or would never buy so they make a sale defacto..."SO SORRY ... YOU LOSE" ... View more
