Yes PayPal asked me to send the package back and to provide them with the tracking number, which I did the next day. Tracking number shows online that it’s still in transit, not delivered to the seller yet. The parcel was sent back On thé 16th of November from Canada to China. Why did PayPal close my case, being in favor of the seller while the seller didn’t even yet receive the items I bought that I sent back to them....? I did all that PayPal asked me to do and still there is no way for me to contest anything or to input on their decision! What is the purpose of using PayPal in this case???? I paid half the price of the purchase to send it back to the seller and now I’m in the red for $200 for items that weren’t true to their advertising. Went to my PayPal account and there is no trace of that dispute?????  PayPal tells me to contact the seller myself to get a refund but they do not reply to their emails.
