A couple of weeks ago I made a purchase on Ebay using PayPal. I checked out using Pay After Delievery as I have countless of times before. I get paid once a month from my job, so I have used pay after delievery a lot and its my perfered way to pay. Before I completed the transaction I went to PayPal to double check that Pay Ater Delievery was selected and it was. I completed the transaction and forgot about it. I recieved all items purchased. Then to my surprise, I went to use my debit card to get gas and my card was declined. I called my bank to see what was wrong. There were page long list of Paypal charges which were withdrawn two days after purchase. The withdraw wasnt suppose to do that since I selected Pay After Delievery. My bank flagged my account because they felt it was an attempt of fraudulant behavior. Two days after the amount of purchase was taken out the list of purchases were returned to my account. Then on the correct day (10 days after purchase) the amount was withdrawn again!! This in and out behavior caused my account to close. I called PayPay to explain and the agent said I have to prove I selected Pay After Delievery because from his end it stated that the purchase was not selected Pay After Delievery. So I searched up my emails to send over to him but could not my cell phone purges emails after a certain amount of time. I called Apple to see if I could retrieve them and they said once it purges it purges. What do I do! My bank account was left in the negative of $400 over all this. I use pay after delievery all the time and I specifally check before I completed the purchase. It was clearly selected, but I am being told other wise from PayPal.
