Would someone explain to me why I have not received payment for any of my ebay sales, or indeed a £10 lottery win for at least the past two years. I can prove that I have received the money from my buyers on my Paypal statement but can also proove that none of the money actually arrives into my bank account. My Bank statement is evidence of this fact. I suspect that my money has either been directed into someone elses account or is dormant somewhere in Paypal. So far, responses from both ebay and Paypal have been pathetic. There seems to be a total reluctance to actually explore this issue and fully resolve it. I have had confirmed to me what I already know, that three refunds have indeed actually arrived into my bank account. This is very important because it indicates that Paypal do have my correct bank details for eBay refunds but not for other sales transactions. I must stress that I have had no difficulty buying items using Paypal either with eBay or elsewhere. I have used Paypal for 15 years and have a 100% sales record with ebay with over 620 transactions.
