Hi @Jackoo04,   How are you today? Sorry to hear about your situation. In order to resolve your issue to access old PayPal account, you need to give a call to Customer Support. Here is how to get the phone number :   Go to www.paypal.com/gb . Click Help and Contact near the bottom of the page. Click Contact Customer Support. Click Call Us and click on call us as a guest. Hi @Gregoirepiche,   How are you? Based on your inquiries, I sense you plan to receive fund in PayPal. As a receiver, fund is received immediately and will be stored in PayPal account. It is not transferred to credit card. You may need to link a bank account to transfer the fund. Hi @marknoo,   I'm sorry to hear about unauthorized payments made on your PayPal account. It is good to know you have contacted PayPal. Since your account is accessed without your permission, I would also recommend you change your security questions. Here’s how to change your security questions: Log in to your PayPal account. Click the Settings icon next to "Log out." Click the Security. Click Revise beside "Security Questions." Enter your security questions and answers, and click Save. Hi Twin53577,   Sorry to hear you have not received the item. Since the payment is made on PayPal platform, we have a dispute process to help you and your seller resolve the issue in a friendly way. You have up to 180 days after you sent the payment to file a dispute. Here's how to open a dispute: Log in to your PayPal account. Click on the transaction you'd like to file a complaint about. Click Resolution Center near the bottom of the page. Choose which type of issue you would like to report. Enter the details of your complaint. Click Submit. After you open a dispute, you have 20 calendar days to communicate with the seller before the dispute automatically closes. If you can't resolve the problem, you can ask us to investigate by escalating your dispute to a claim within 20 calendar days. Here's how to escalate a dispute to a claim: Log in to your PayPal account. Click on the transaction you'd like to file a complaint about. Click Resolution Center near the bottom of the page. Choose which type of issue you would like to report. Enter the details of your complaint. Click Submit. We will contact you if we need additional information.
