I Have the same problem. My Country in Jamaica and I prefer English. When I use my paypal account and paypal.me page, they are both in english. PROBLEM: however, when I send persons my link to my paypal.me they get the Jamaica flag, but they get Spanish page. Paypal.me has no "Manage my account" inside "My Paypal.me", nor does it has any settings beyond image and description. My Paypal account has no reference to paypal.me. I need my Paypal.me link to always be english, no matter where in the world people click on the link.
