I ordered something from Fossil.com and they let the process complete on the payment page through paypal. ( I even saw the transaction as pending on paypay.com) I was trying to track the package and it was never shipped so Fossil told me that the item was out of stock, and they will be refunding my $. No as i look on my transactions on paypal.com, the whole transaction is gone but there is no refund to my account or balance on paypal.
