I have paypal for a bit now and never couldn't use it . I tried to transfer money, make a payment and receive a refund from EBAY and nothing happens. Anyone has a clue what's going on ? Also I couldn't find an email conatct directly from PayPal. My bank says everything is ok from their side. Any help very welcome . Many thanks in advance Fabian Arnaldi
