Hello, A buyer paid me 3 weeks ago; until yesterday I could withdraw the money. However, i have mis-clicked on refund and sent the money back to him. I tried to contact him but he haven't replied yet. Also, i cannot open a case with Paypal with the refund transaction i made, it shows an error that Paypal cannot open case with that transaction. Does anyone have a clue to solve this? Regards
