Hello, sorry can I just check some thing, I have already paid a PayPal fee approx £7 after a sale of £190, it was deducted as soon as the money hit my account. Ebay will also charge me selling fees won’t they? So, if I now refund the buyer will PayPal pay that £7 back and will ebay not charge me selling fees? Thanks

Hi all, can you help me. just sold something but the event is cancelled, i want to refund the buyer quickly, paypal have already charged approx £6 when i was paid the money, and i assume ebay will have charges to. But once i refund the buyer via ebay do i receive these fees back????? Many Thanks
