I checked my bank account today and noticed a transaction was taken from my account of £16. I checked my PayPal transactions to see what it was and the only thing I have on here that matches in price should have been a refund for £16. I think that I've been charged instead of refunded? Is that even possible? My PayPal transactions say that the refund has been completed.
