Hi guys i was wondering if you could help me. I am due a refund (the seller has received the parcel back) but Paypal are not giving it to me without the original postage receipt? I have a copy of the seller's signature (on Royal Mail track and trace, these were sent Special Delivery back to her) and I have the tracking number but just not a copy of the original postage receipt. How do I move forward in order to get my refund??? Thanks Kelly
