So two days ago I purchased something on ebay and just like the last couple of years I used the pay after delivery option. Well today i went back and tried to use it and it no longer appears. Called ebay and they told me to call paypal but can't get a straight answer. The best the rep could tell me was that it was a security issue and its encrypted and they can't see what it is. Went on to tell me that it might have been an insufficient funds from my bank account, but that has never happened so I just don't know what it is and he couldnt tell me either. Has this happened to anyone else?
