Same thing happened to me. They rerouted it back and forth between two post offices in my city that are 2 miles from each other over the course of two days and by the time I finally got it, my bugs inside were all dead. So much for "Hold for Pickup" helping in cold temperatures. This item took 13 hours to get from New Jersey from time of receipt to reaching my city, then 2 more days til it was finally "Available for pickup". USPS in this city is horrible!
