BTW, can you tell me how you made a payment to an ebay buyer using your credit card.  I've been trying to find that out for the last few days in another post, but no one seems to know.  Or, just doesn't understand my question.   Paypal took my acct funds to pay a non-ebay bill that I wanted charged to my credit card.  Now I don't have funds to refund an ebay buyer.  So, I wanted to send the refund using my credit card, but I dont' know how to do that.  That's seems like what you did with your refund in question. ... No expert here but... I would like to suggest that you contact the Clark_Howard radio show.  He takes calls from people and is very knowledgable about a lot of topics.  I've heard paypal/ebay questions on there before.  He seems to dislike ebay/paypal's setup.  He could probably tell you what recourse you have legally with an attorney.    Or, maybe just contact an attorney concerning filing in small claims court.     ... Ok, I must not be getting my point across.  I understand why paypal took my funds.   I didn't want to use the funds in the acct to pay the bill that was not from ebay.  I wanted the bill to be charged to my credit card and the funds left in the acct for the refund I felt was coming and it did.   Now I've got to come up with a 100 bucks to refund the money that I wanted to come out of the funds, but instead paypal used for another bill.  Another bill that I wanted charged to my credit card.   So, for the future, how can I have all bills charged to my credit card, regardly of the amount of funds in my acct.  That way, funds will always be in my acct to make refunds to ebay buyers?   I hope that's a better explanation.   Thanks for all your help. ... Thanks for responding.  So, I need to go to the bank and make a deposit and then add that account number to refund the money?   Why is it that when someone pays me, it adds it to my account and then when I pay someone, it takes from my acct instead of just charging to my credit card.  The money was there until they took my acct money to pay for a charge instead of using the credit card I have on file.   How can I fix it where they charge my card when I make a payment and not take it from my acct funds?   Thanks. ...
