I have transfered the money on 1 of December while i had insufficent funds in my bank account but on the 30 of November but again on the december 5 they have take the dame amount of money from my direct debit bank account so now i have tranfered the money and also the they took the same amount of money for the second time later. I have mailed them nearly 10 time regarding this issue but what i get normally a automated reply stating nothing with no information at all. On december 6 i got money transfer in ”MONEY IN” through paypal app stating CORRECTION but i cannot withdraw this money while my available balance is NULL now so i have no idea regarding this issue, i waited nearly a week to sort out this problem CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME ?
