Hi guys! I have a webportal selling digital entrance ticket like singapore attractions. Obviously I need to buy them from local tour operator and put a few cent profit margin and sell it on my website. Some customers purchased it from me, i sent all tickets as per their order but raise dispute that they do not receive stock or unauthorized transaction. In that cases, I have provided paypal support team following: screens shot that ticket deliver to email that the same email with paypal registration screen shot that their order at our webportal which is the same email as paypal. paypal did not allow to provide .msg which is outlook email file , they accept only .jpg and .pdf . that's the reason I provided them screenshot of all emails. I have told them that I am ready to give webportal access and email server access if they really want to dig the cases. all digital foot print are available with me. Many similar dispute are happening through paypal in my website. at first payment email from paypal, paypal mentioned that seller protection is eligible but when dispute is happen no seller protection cover in your transaction. that makes me confused as well Anyhow, in this scenarios paypal just stand on buyer side and charge money to me (seller). So I wanted to question about paypal's decision and as well as seller protection. All screen shot and digital foot print are still available with me if somebody interested.
